FLY CAMP MISSION


The goal of the INSPIRE Fly Camp is to ignite a passion for the performing arts in a supportive environment, empowering young artists to develop leadership skills, build confidence, explore character, embrace challenges, and thrive in a collaborative atmosphere, both on and off the stage.

  • You can choose the Full Payment Option or the Payment Plan option when registering. The payment plan will collect a $200 non-refundable deposit, followed by a payment of $150 on January 15, 2025 and a final payment of $149 on March 15, 2025. The 10% Sibling Discount will be applied automatically at check-out.


  • If you are utilizing ESA funds and need to submit payment via ClassWallet please select the Full Payment Option and use promo code “FLYESA” to register. We will then e-mail you an Invoice to be immediately uploaded to ClassWallet for Vendor payment. INSPIRE Entertainment is an ClassWallet Registered Vendor. Please email inspireflycamp@gmail.com with any questions. Only use this option if you are using ESA funds.


  • Once you’ve completed the steps above, you will be emailed a Google Form link (or click the button below) to submit additional information regarding your participant. Please complete and submit this form as soon as possible. We are thrilled to have you join us for 2025 Fly Camp: Pure Imagination!

WHAT IS FLY CAMP?


Come with us on a magical journey of creativity at our Pure Imagination Summer Camp!


Join us for a week of pure enchantment as we dive into the world of performing arts. Immerse yourself in a vibrant community of like-minded individuals, where imagination knows no bounds.

  • Intensive Training: Hone your skills in acting, singing, and dancing under the guidance of experienced instructors.
  • Mindful Moments: Relax and recharge through daily meditation and mindfulness workshops.
  • Solo Spotlight: Showcase your unique talents in our exciting solo showcase.
  • Nightly Adventures: Unwind and connect with fellow campers through fun-filled evening activities.
  • Grand Finale: Culminate your week with a breathtaking final performance that will amaze and inspire.

FLY CAMP DETAILS:


WHEN: June 16-20, 2025

WHERE: INSPIRE Main Campus (4469 E Baseline Rd. Gilbert, AZ)

TIME: 9 am – 5 pm Followed by amazing nightly activities (activities M-Th are optional, but already included in the price)

WHO: Ages 8-18 Beginning to Pre-Professional Levels

COST: $599 for the entire week

FAQ

  • What will my student get out of attending Fly Camp?

    Your student will benefit from daily intensive training by professional performing arts instructors, multiple performance opportunities, and daily leadership training and personal development workshops. They’ll collaborate with peers, socialize with like-minded students, and enjoy quality entertainment and activities each night of camp.

  • What is included with the registration fee?

    Your paid registration fee includes: 5 days of intensive performing arts training, professional and personal development workshops, lunch, dinner, and snacks each day, a Fly Camp t-shirt, bowling, arcade, and pizza party at Fat Cats (Gilbert), participant ticket to attend a movie night, solo showcase performance, final showcase performance at an offsite theatre, props and accessories fees, and a digital link to the recording of the final performance.

  • Where will these activities take place?

    Activities will be held at INSPIRE Entertainment’s North Gilbert Campus (4469 E Baseline Rd, Gilbert, AZ 85234). Offsite activities include a bowling, arcade, and pizza party at Fat Cats (Gilbert), movie night at a local theater, and the final performance at an offsite theater.

  • Can my child audition for a featured part in the Final Performance?

    Yes! All auditions will take place during the week of camp, primarily on the first day.

  • Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

    Lunch and dinner are provided daily. Alternative meal options to meet dietary restrictions will be arranged. Contact inspireflycamp@gmail.com for more details.

  • Can parents/guardians stay and watch rehearsals?

    Parents/Guardians can attend designated performances, including a mid-week Solo Showcase and the Final Performance.

  • What is the dress code?

    Proper dance attire and shoes are required. No revealing clothing or exposed midriffs. Hair must be tied up. Participants not in appropriate attire may be asked to change or leave class.



  • What should my student bring to Fly Camp each day?

    Each student should bring a water bottle and clothing suitable for dancing and moving.

  • Do you provide chaperones/housing accommodations for out-of-town students?

    Host families are being coordinated to provide housing, breakfast, transportation, and supervision. Contact inspireflycamp@gmail.com if you need or want to offer accommodations.

  • Does Fly Camp offer travel discounts on flights and/or hotel accommodations?

    No, Fly Camp does not currently offer travel discounts.

  • Do you offer an Early Bird Registration Discount?

    Yes! The $599 registration fee is discounted to $499 for registration and payment completed by March 15, 2025.

  • Do you offer Sibling Discounts?

    Yes! Siblings receive an additional 10% off the registration fee, alongside the Early Bird Discount.

  • Is Fly Camp an ESA approved Vendor?

    Yes! INSPIRE Entertainment is an ESA Registered Vendor through ClassWallet. Use promo code "FLYESA" at checkout to receive an invoice for vendor payment.
