Lyndsey Fairbanks

Lyndsey Fairbanks has been dancing since the age of three. From an early age, it was clear that music and movement were at the heart of who she is. She trained in Mesa, Arizona, where she studied hip hop, tap, ballet, jazz, contemporary, and musical theatre. Throughout her training, Lyndsey earned numerous regional and national titles, scholarships, and awards across the country. She has had the opportunity to train with and be recognized by renowned choreographers including Sonya Tayeh, Kathy Rose, Lucy Ballard, and Marguerite Derricks for her artistry, performance quality, and technical excellence. In high school, Lyndsey served as president of her dance team, where she discovered her true passion for choreography, storytelling, and mentorship.

Lyndsey has now been teaching for nearly 15 years and has received multiple choreography awards, costume design awards, and top placement honors at both regional and national competitions. She specializes in jazz technique, helping dancers build strong technical foundations while developing confidence, artistry, and dynamics. She is also a qualified MUVMETHOD trainer, allowing her to safely guide dancers in improving flexibility, mobility, body awareness, and injury prevention through evidence-based stretching techniques.

As Assistant Director of INSPIRE's Dance Company, Lyndsey's greatest passion is creating a positive environment where every dancer feels seen, challenged, and inspired. She believes dance is about so much more than technique. To her it's about building confidence, character, resilience, and a lifelong love of movement.

Outside the studio, Lyndsey is a proud wife and mom of two. Watching her own children discover the joy of performing has only deepened her love for sharing the art of dance with the next generation.
