Jen Beals

Jen grew up in Mesa riding horses for most of her early childhood until about 5th grade when she decided she was done and wanted to start dancing. After a few Rec classes she was hooked and joined the company teams at Campbell’s Dance the next year. 

Jen trained in all styles of dance over the next several years being taught by many of INSPIRE’s current directors. She went on to attend Mesa High School where she was a member of the Euporea Dance Company and Varsity Cheer program. She then returned to Campbell’s to continue her competitive dance training until she married in 2004.

She and her family live in Gilbert and have loved being apart of the INSPIRE family, watching their daughter grow in the dance program.

Jen started teaching soon after her daughter joined the Dance Company, teaching combo classes at both the Mesa and Gilbert locations. 

In 2020 she took over managing the Dancewear Boutique and has been doing that ever since. She loves getting to meet all of the families that come through her doors needing anything from shoes and tights, to outfitting the studio companies with Teamwear. When not in the boutique Jen can be found in the classroom teaching our younger Academy teams. She has had the privilege to teach and choreograph for these two teams for the last 5 years and has loved the creative opportunities it has provided, as well as getting to watch the youngest of our team dancers grow and continue on throughout all the different programs here at INSPIRE.

When not at the studio, Jen enjoys the outdoors with her family. If they are not paddleboarding on the river, you can find them camping up north or in the desert with their dirt bikes and RZR.
