Alyssa Monahan

Alyssa has an extensive background in musical theater. Some of her favorite performances include Grace in Annie, Eponine in Les Misérables, Bonnie in Anything Goes, and Lucy in You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown. She’s also enjoyed stepping into more unique roles like the Evil Queen in Six Villains, a parody of Six the Musical, and Rose Lennox in The Secret Garden.

Alyssa was also a member of a competitive show choir and as an assistant and choreographer. She has worked with top vocal coaches and directors including Debra Bonner, Allyson Van Patten, Michael Barney, Cathy Hauan, Richard Talbot, Michele Baer, and MJ Okawathe and has been hired for various professional vocal recording projects.  She was the opener for David Archuleta at one of his Arizona concerts. 

Alyssa also trained dance at Center Stage in Utah (home to a lot of the SYTYCD pros) and was a member and choreographer of a college dance company.  She has spent several years at studios teaching a wide range of dance styles. 

Alyssa’s desire is to bring a professional, joyful energy that makes people feel welcome and inspired.
