INSPIRE Entertainment Performing Arts Camp

MISSION

To mold and refine individuals to become their best selves through the performing arts. This 5-day camp will give students a chance for rapid growth as a performing artist and will empower them for a future of leadership.

WHY FLY CAMP

The goal of the INSPIRE Fly Camp is to ignite a passion for the performing arts in a supportive environment, empowering young artists to develop leadership skills, build confidence, explore character, embrace challenges, and thrive in a collaborative atmosphere, both on and off the stage.

CHOOSE A TRACK:
Register for our vocal, dance, or triple threat track (singing, acting, and dancing).
June 24-28, Gilbert Arizona INSPIRE Main Campus
9 am – 5 pm followed by amazing nightly activities (activities M-Th are optional)
Ages 8-18 – Beginning – Pre-professional Levels
COST: $599 for the week
$499 early bird special through April 5th
10% sibling discount
We accept Zelle, PayPal, cash or check.  We are also an approved ESA approved vendor.

WHAT IS INCLUDED:
– Elite training, mentoring, and leadership workshops each day
– Lunch and dinner
– Host families for our out-of-town and international students
– Costume / Accessories / Props for our show

  • Tuesday – Guest Speaker / Life Coach
  • Wednesday – Solo Showcase
  • Thursday – “Newsies” at Hale Theatre
  • Friday – “What if I Fly” performance

Fly Camp Audition Submission

Audition Submissions for Fly Camp are OPTIONAL and will be used as as aid in casting participants in featured roles for the Friday night Fly Camp Final Performance. 
Audition Submissions are DUE no later than 6/15/2024. To complete this form you will need the following:
  1. A 30 second video clip showcasing your best singing or dancing.
  2. A Headshot (any photo – professional headshot not necessary).
  3. Participant’s height in inches.

FAQ’s

A: Your student will receive daily intensive training by professional performing arts instructors, performance opportunities, daily leadership training and personal development workshops, peer-to-peer collaborations, socialization with like-minded students, quality entertainment and a ticket to attend a professional theatre performance of Newsies. 



A: Your paid Registration Fee includes the following: 5 days of Intensive Performing Arts Training Professional & Personal Development Workshops Lunch, dinner and snacks each day of Camp Camp t-shirt for each participant Bowling, arcade & pizza party @ Fat Cats (Gilbert) Participant ticket to attend Newsies @ Hale Theatre (Gilbert) Solo Showcase Performance Final Showcase Performance @ offsite theatre (TBD) Costume and prop rental fees Digital link to recording of Final Showcase Performance

A: Daily training, workshops, and Solo Showcase will take place at INSPIRE Entertainment’s North Gilbert Campus (4469 E Baseline Rd, Gilbert, AZ 85234). Offsite Activities to include: Bowling, arcade & pizza party at Fat Cats (Gilbert) Attendance of Newsies production at Hale Theatre (Gilbert) Final Showcase Performance at offsite theatre (TBD) 

A: Yes! After registration you will be sent instructions on how to submit an audition video for those interested in a featured part.

A: The Participant Track Selection designates which training your student would like to focus on most during Fly Camp. We recommend your student select one track either Vocal, Dance or Triple Threat (which will include singing, dancing, and acting).

A: Lunch and dinner will be provided to your student each day of camp. We will do our absolute best to accommodate and/or provide alternative meal options to meet your student’s dietary restrictions. Please contact us directly at inspireflycamp@gmail.com to discuss in more detail. 

A: Parents / Guardians will have designated opportunities to come and support their students throughout the week including attending a mid-week Solo Showcase Performance and the Final Showcase Performance. 

A: We strictly enforce the following: proper dance attire and shoes, no tummies showing, no revealing clothing, and hair up out of face. If, in our discretion, we believe that a participant is not appropriately attired or prepared, we reserve the right to ask that participant to change or leave class. 

A: Each student should bring a water bottle each day. Once tracks are assigned we will give more information about what shoes to bring. 

A: We are currently working to secure and coordinate Host Families for our out-of-town participants! Host families will provide housing, daily breakfast, transportation to and from daily Fly Camp activities and supervision outside of Fly Camp. Please contact us at inspireflycamp@gmail.com if you are in need of a Host Family for your student… or if you live locally and are interested in becoming a Host family to one or more of our out-of-state or international students! 

A: Unfortunately at this time we are unable to offer discounts or assistance on travel expenses. 

A: Yes! The regular $599 registration fee will be discount to $499 when registration AND payment is completed by March 15, 2024. 

A: Yes! In addition to our Early Bird Registration Discount any siblings registered along with your original participant will receive an additional 10% off their registration fee.

A: Yes! INSPIRE Entertainment is an ESA Approved Vendor listed in the Parent Portal. Please select Payment Option: “ESA Direct Vendor Payment via Parent Portal – I will upload invoice for payment no later than 03/15/24.” on the registration form if you would like us to send you an invoice to be uploaded for payment. We are also able to accept ESA Debit card payments via PayPal.
