Rec & Special Needs Instructor

Millie has been singing since she could talk and performing since she could walk. Millie grew up modeling, dancing, singing, and acting. She danced competitively in high school and studied ballroom in college. As an adult she has worked as a modeling and a stage performance coach, had her own children’s choir, and worked for a talent agency in Canada recruiting talent for shows and competitions. She has also been in shows with Hale Theatre and sung on international stages. A few years ago she competed on the world stage at the World Competition of Performing Arts and won the highest award in Voice and Acting and placed in the top 10 overall.

Another gift Millie has is her love for those with special needs. She admires their love for life and her soul feels complete when she is with them. Millie is excited about the opportunity to teach them movement, and about performing. Her most important treasure is her family. She and her husband have raised 5 children and she is loving her new role as a grandma! She cannot wait to share her abilities and her love for music and movement with the students of INSPIRE.
