INSPIRE PSO Overview
The PSO is a part of INSPIRE’s non-profit group and coordinates a majority of the fundraisers for the season. Participation in these fundraisers are completely voluntary and you can pick and choose which ones may work best for you. Most of the fundraisers we do will provide money directly back to your performer’s account that you can choose to apply to fees any time during the year. Here are the different fundraisers we have:
- Your dancer will be able to sell items (fruit, discount cards, etc.) and a portion of the money they earn will go into their own PSO account. Each fundraiser is different as far as what percentage is earned and will be explained with that specific fundraiser at the time.
- We also do a small number of fundraisers that go directly into the General PSO Fund that go back to all performers and also help pay for some fundraisers that may require money up front to participate. An example of General PSOFundraisers would be flower sales at Nutcracker/recital performances or restaurant nights. (We always need parents to help with flower sales.)
o In the past the general account funds have been used to pay for a variety of things such as performer’s required Suns entry tickets, new equipment for strength and conditioning classes. We have also paid for a portion of new flooring for one of the studios, Nutcracker shirts, as well as company wide party items for all to enjoy and even team wear.
- Fry’s Community Rewards- this is a fundraiser that each dancer can earn funds into their own PSO account by asking friends and family to enroll in Fry’s Community Rewards (which is NO COST to them). Here you will earn funds when they shop at Fry’s. We will send out a separate communication about how you can enroll in this program within the next week.
After fundraisers are completed and all money is turned in, your performer will receive the appropriate credit on their PSO account. The front desk will always have your latest total available and you can tell them how and when you want those funds to be applied. These funds will never be applied for you, you have to give the front desk permission to use these funds. If you leave the studio and have unused funds they will be given to our general scholarship fund, they are not paid out in cash/check to you so please plan accordingly. Please remember PSO funds can be used on everything except for monthly tuition, rec fees rec costumes and boutique items.
Money can be used for competition fees, Co. costume fees, master classes, summer camps, etc. All funds are tracked on a spreadsheet so please don’t hesitate to ask the front desk or send an email to us to check your PSO account balance at any time.

Year Round Fry’s Community Fundraiser
Fry’s Community Rewards
The Kroger Family of Companies is committed to community engagement, positive social impact and charitable giving at the national and local levels. Every community is unique, but our common goal is to partner with the neighborhoods we serve and help the people there live healthier lives.
One of the ways in which we do this is through our Fry’s Community Rewards program. This program makes fundraising easy by donating to local organizations based on the shopping you do every day. Once you link your shoppers Card to an organization, all you have to do is shop at Fry’s and swipe your Shopper’s Card. Here’s how it works:
1. Create a digital account.
A digital account is needed to participate in Fry’s Community Rewards. If you already have a digital account, simply link your Shopper’s Card to your account so that all transactions apply toward the organization you choose.
2. Link your Card to an organization.
Selecting the organization that you wish to support is as simple as updating the Fry’s Community Rewards selection on your digital account.
1. Sign in to your digital account.
2. Search for your organization here.
3. Enter the name or NPO number of the organization you wish to support.
4. Select the appropriate organization from the list and click “Save”.
Your selected organization will also display in the Fry’s Community Rewards section of your account. If you need to review or revisit your organization, you can always do so under your Account details.
3. Your organization earns.
Any transactions moving forward using the Shopper’s Card number associated with your digital account will be applied to the program, at no added cost to you. Fry’s donates annually to participating organizations based on your percentage of spending as it relates to the total spending associated with all participating Fry’s Community Rewards organizations.
4. You earn.
When instructed via email to report earnings, log into your account and screen shot your earnings. Report it to PSO and the funds that you and your family/Friends have accumulated will be added to your PSO account.
